At Autumn Leaves, we believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home. Our mission has always been to provide compassionate, personalized care in a setting that values connection, dignity, and comfort. We're proud of where we started—and excited about where we're headed.
Our Original Home
We opened our doors in 2016 with a cozy 2,300-square-foot building and just four beds. From the beginning, our focus was on quality over quantity, offering hands-on care in a close-knit space that felt like home. That commitment quickly earned the trust of our community, and demand for our services grew.
Our New Home
To better serve our residents, we began construction on a new, expanded facility in early 2024. By March 2025, our beautiful 20-bed assisted living space was complete. This new building allows us to welcome more residents while preserving the homey feel and personalized care that define Autumn Leaves. It’s a space designed for comfort, connection, and continued compassion.
